Added Game->Clear Commander Abilities (clears the commander abilities of the selected player). Improved performance significantly at the beginning of a match (the game no longer freezes for multiple seconds). Fixed a bug where setting a strategic point neutral would not neutralize the territory. Shovel digin on/off (engineer/infantry dig). Blowtorch state on/off (engineer repair). Engine on/off (visually enable vehicle exhaust gasses, sfx). Added Selection->Animator State (generic animator state options, more to be added if requested).
